Six accordion-playing babes from the Accordion Babes Album & Pin-Up Calendar are hitting the road on March 21st to squeeze their bellows and raise their voices from California to Vancouver. Part kitsch, part glamour, part damn fine musicianship, this show has a lot going on besides just the sexy outfits and great legs. These women are really going to rock their squeezeboxes; and a fiddle, a guitar, a trombone, a glockenspiel, a host of lovely voices and a drummer will join in to form an ever-changing musical cabaret. 

Their Los Angeles show will be on Friday March 22 at Fais Do Do, presented by Los Angeles’ own Accordion Babe Mrs. Hobbs http://www.mrshobbs.com, and the vaudeville/burlesque show The Petting Pantry http://www.pettingpantry.com/.

This show is unique because it brings together powerhouse women from five different bands, a sexy burlesque troupe, and the Circus Finelli. It's a female entertainer all-star show with accordion at the forefront. The women's musical styles couldn't be more diverse... mariner songs, cajun music, Turkish and Balkan rhythms, rag-time, mexican folk, cabaret songs, roots music, rock-n-roll and even hip hop will have some time on the stage. And, who better to MC a show than a professional clown who started her own all-girl circus? There are sure to be a few extra tricks played out as the evening comes to a climax. 

When this much musical talent, charisma, and humour are in the room, the fans had better watch out. They just might leave the show with huge grins on their faces, feet tired from dancing and freshly-signed Accordion Babes calendars tucked beneath their arms.
